In life, we can fall in love with people...
But... we can also fall in love with a country , with a region, with a city...
This is what happened with me: Audrey, a passionate wine & food lover. After a wine certificate in Cape Town in South Africa, some other certificates in France (WSET 3 in Burgundy, Geosensory wine tasting with La Revue du Vin de France, a famous French magazine) and a diploma at the University of Strasbourg specialized in geology and wine, I decided to share this sensory approach through a tour in a beloved region: Minho!
Victor was the second encounter in the enchanting oldest city of Portugal, Ponte de Lima. Specialized in tourism across the country, it was obvious that our paths were made for a common project: Borboleta tour!
Borboleta means butterfly in Portuguese... It was one of the first word I learned as a French expatriated in Portugal. It also mirrors how I am: curious about life, observing the world, from vine flower to vine flower!
